I agree to commit to a three-month service term, understanding that there are no refunds for early termination during the commitment period. SEO optimization will begin one week after payment, contingent on my prompt provision of all necessary account access and information. If access is delayed due to my failure to provide timely communication, I understand that no partial refunds will be issued, and services will only cover the timeline for which access was provided.
I acknowledge that this service includes a Performance Guarantee, which applies exclusively to the completion of the full three-month commitment. If the agreed-upon goals are not met by the end of the term, I am eligible for a refund of 50% of the quarterly payment. This guarantee requires clear goals to be established during onboarding and excludes delays or issues caused by my failure to provide required access or cooperation.
